Before writing#

Most refusals explain themselves: the hint says what to do, and the request_id finds the call again on the project's Logs screen (or with get_logs). A 500, 502 or 503 carries its request id in the body; every other response carries it in the X-Request-Id header.

When you write, include: the project id (proj_…), the request id, the time (UTC), and what you expected. Never include a key value — nobody needs it, and it would have to be revoked.

What exists, and what does not#

• There is no status page today.
• The dashboard's Billing screen links to the payment provider for invoices and payment methods.
• Deleting an account is not a self-service gesture today: write to contact@manybases.com from the e-mail address of the account, and it is deleted within 30 days.
• The Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy and the other legal documents are published on manybases.com/legal.
