Pricing
One price for all your projects — the plan lives on the account, not on each app. Every feature is on every plan; plans only differ by room.

Upgrading, cancelling and invoices are on the dashboard's Billing screen; the checkout is handled by Whop. Cancelling puts the account back on Free at the end of the period; nothing is deleted.
What counts as a user#
Someone signed up to one of your apps. A seat is taken at sign-up — the counter is the number of people in the app's users list. Anonymous visitors of a public table are free and unlimited, and joining a space takes no extra seat.
What happens at a limit#
Nothing breaks, and nothing you already built is taken away.
- The app beyond your plan's limit — the third on Free, the 21st on Builder, the 101st on Studio — is refused; the apps you have keep running exactly as they were, and deleting one frees the slot.
- On any plan, going past a volume quota — storage, database size, requests of the month — makes your apps read-only: reads and export keep working, existing users keep signing in, and writes resume once you are back under. Requests reset on the 1st of the month.
- You are never billed past your plan: Manybases blocks instead of billing overage.
The exact definitions are in Limits and quotas.
Two answers#
I'm a student — is Free enough? Two apps, a real database, up to three users each. Free is not a demo; it is the product with smaller rooms.
I run a small business — can my team use this? Yes. Builder gives each app up to 1,000 users, across up to 20 apps: internal tools, client spaces, a members' area. Studio raises that to 100 apps, with the same 1,000 users each.
