The dashboard
dash.manybases.com is where a human looks at their projects and makes the few gestures an agent cannot make alone. Everything it shows comes from the same API the agent and the SDK use.
Signing in#
Create an account with an e-mail address and a password of at least 8 characters — "this account owns real databases". A confirmation link arrives by e-mail; confirm it, then sign in. One account, many backends: it starts free, with two apps and no card. The "Continue with Google" button is not active yet.
If your account has two-factor authentication on, a 6-digit code is sent to your e-mail after the password; enter it on the next screen. A code is valid a few minutes; "Sign in again" sends a new one. Too many codes requested in a row answer "wait a few minutes".
Each browser you sign in with is linked to your account with an identifier of its own — see Account.
The layout#
Four zones: a top bar (brand, sign out), a rail of icons, a contextual panel, and the content. Signed in, the rail shows Projects, Secrets, Integrations, Billing, Account. Inside a project it shows Overview, Tables, SQL editor, Users, API keys, Storage, Functions, Deployments, Logs, Settings.
Screens#
| Screen | What it is for |
|---|---|
| Account | Your plan, your agent key, the browsers linked to the account, two-factor authentication |
| Projects | The list of your projects, the account-wide usage, creating a project by hand |
| Secrets | The keys set once for every function of every project: their notes, how far each value has reached, replace, remove |
| Overview | One project at a glance: keys, seats, traffic, the access preset of every table |
| Tables | Browse and edit rows, read a table's definition, change its preset |
| SQL editor | Run a statement with your account key, and read the history |
| Users | The people signed up to the app: invite, delete, reset a password |
| API keys | The project's publishable and secret keys |
| Storage | The project's files and their links |
| Functions | The deployed edge functions, and the project's secrets |
| Deployments | The repository linked to the project, the app URL, the site's history (refused attempts included); or deploy on another host |
| Logs | The request log of the project |
| Settings | Name, app URL, export, delete |
| Billing | Your plan and the checkout |
| Integrations | The MCP server — connect an agent in three steps, documented in Connect an agent — and GitHub, to deploy each app from its repository |
Errors on screen#
An API refusal is shown where it happened, with its code, HTTP status, message, hint and request id — the id to look for on the Logs screen. A refusal in the dashboard's own rendering says so ("a bug in the dashboard itself, not an API error").
If every screen answers 401 with "This browser isn't linked to your account", the browser's own identifier was cut or never created: sign out and sign back in. It does not touch your agent's key and does not sign out your other devices. See FAQ.
