Billing
One price for all your projects — the plan lives on the account, not on each app. Prices and quotas are on the pricing page.
Upgrading#
The Plans section shows every plan, with a Monthly / Yearly toggle on the ones you can buy (yearly is billed once a year, at a discount shown on the toggle). "Upgrade" redirects to Whop, the payment provider, for the checkout. A plan above yours is buyable even while you already have a subscription — that is the one case where we sell you a second one, and your current plan then stops renewing.
Back from the checkout: "Payment received — we're activating your plan" usually takes a few seconds, then "You're on Builder" — or "You're on Studio". If it is still not active after a minute, your payment went through — nothing is lost, and the sync keeps running in the background; contact support with the reference shown if it lasts.
Your subscription#
The card shows the plan and its price, and its status: active, set to cancel, ending on a date (nothing gets deleted — you go back to Free), or renewing on a date. Manage subscription on Whop is where you cancel, change your payment method or view invoices.
- Past due: your last payment failed. We have not touched your projects — update your payment method on Whop to keep your plan.
- Moving up to a higher plan takes one step: choose it in the Plans section and pay. Your current plan stops renewing — you keep it until the end of the period you already paid for, and nothing more is charged for it. It is not refunded.
- Switching billing period still takes two steps, and only the second is ours: cancel your monthly plan with the Manage link — you keep everything until the end of the period — then come back here and choose Yearly.
- If your subscription's plan is not in our catalogue, the screen shows your plan without its price; your access and projects are unchanged, and the exact price is on your Whop invoice. "We're syncing your subscription with Whop" means the same: nothing changes on your side while it is sorted out.
Hitting a quota#
Nothing gets deleted: your apps keep serving reads and export always works — writes resume once you are back under your plan's limits. We block instead of billing overage, so you are never charged past your plan. No egress fees, ever. What "read-only" means exactly is in Limits and quotas.
