Users

The people using your app — not your Manybases account. Anonymous visitors of a public table do not take a seat.

The list shows each user's e-mail, sign-up date, last seen date (the last living session; blank when there is none) and id. Your app's sign-up form calls POST /v1/auth/signup with the publishable key; nobody signs up from here.

Seats#

The panel shows the seats used out of the plan's cap (3 on Free, 1 000 on Builder and Studio). A seat is taken when a person signs up, so the count is the number of people in the list. When all seats are taken, the panel says so: free one or upgrade the plan — until then, a new sign-up answers 402 and creates nothing, and people already signed up keep signing in.

This screen does not mint invitation links, and neither does your agent since 2026-09-22. An invitation is a single-use link to your app's sign-up page, valid 7 days; a person signed in to your app creates it, from your app, and it is never e-mailed — whoever creates it shares it. It reserves no seat, and the project must have an app URL, because the link is built from it. See Invite users.

Delete a user#

"Delete" opens a confirmation: "This deletes this user, and the rows below with them", with the server's numbers. Rows kept in shared tables stay, but become immutable — nobody can edit them again. Their files are deleted too. The confirmation covers this user only, and expires in 5 minutes. The button reads "Checking…" while the summary is fetched, because nothing is deleted until you confirm.

"Generate reset link" opens a confirmation: "This hands you a link that takes over their account". Nothing changes until the link is used: the person's password and sessions stay valid. The link cannot be recalled, is valid one hour, and using it signs the person out everywhere. The confirmation covers this user only, and expires in 5 minutes. Send the link to the person yourself.
